Present in Reichsfeld since the fourteenth century, the vineyard became part of our family in 1704. With the 1870's war, our land grows up. On Joseph Bleesz' return from the war he invested in more vineyards to expand his dream.

His grand-son, Marcel, who had a great presence, was cheerful and friendly was very beneficial for the family vineyard. Wine broker for the Strasbourg hospice, his cellar became a famous place.
Leon and Denise succeeded him and expanded significantly the vineyard. Today, Christophe and Monique are carrying on with the tradition: as the head of the land, they decided in 1982, to produce crémant. The idea was quite new and the success was immediate.

Nowadays, they are taking care of 11 vineyard hectares, exclusively on slopes, putting together all the different alsaciens types of vine.

We don't own the land, we have to respect it to give a sound heritage to our children and grand-children.
