With delicacy....

Almost unique in Alsace: a schist terroir ( schist from Steige) in the south, a sandy-gritty ground in the north and all at an altitude of 340 metres ( one of the highest in Alsace!)... That's why our vines are original and so specific! The rock, which is situated 1 metre under the ground, gives to the grapes a mineral taste. The ground, airy, holds the warmth, while the Ungersberg (904 metres) shelters our vineyard: optimal sunshine and limitated wind . A microclimate much appreciated by our grapes!

Reflection of the ground that fed it, the vine reveals its peculiarity: an elegant subtlety with an interesting and rare minreal taste.

The typical vines of Reichsfeld, regularly rewarded with the most highest distinctions, are the pride of the village's winegrowers.
